These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by AMI Machining Inc ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our machining services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

AMI Machining provides precision CNC machining, turning, milling, wire EDM, and related manufacturing services. All services are subject to our review and acceptance of your order.

Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual material costs, complexity, and other factors discovered during production.
  • Orders: Orders are confirmed upon our written acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
  • Changes: Any changes to specifications after order acceptance may result in additional charges and extended lead times.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment terms are Net 30 for approved accounts
  • New customers may require prepayment or credit approval
  • We accept payment by check, credit card, and wire transfer
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges

Delivery and Shipping

  • Lead Times: Quoted lead times are estimates and begin from order confirmation and receipt of all required materials/information.
  • Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed, parts ship FOB Peachland, NC. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failures, or force majeure events.

Quality and Inspection

  • All parts are manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer.
  • We perform in-process and final inspection on all parts.
  • Customers must inspect parts upon receipt and report any defects within 10 business days.
  • Parts machined to customer specifications that meet those specifications are not returnable.

Warranty

We warrant that all parts will be manufactured in accordance with the specifications provided. Our liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts, at our option. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.

Intellectual Property

  • Customer retains ownership of all drawings, designs, and specifications provided.
  • We will maintain confidentiality of customer designs and will not share them with third parties without permission.
  • Customer represents that they have the right to have the parts manufactured and that production does not infringe on any patents or intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific parts in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only with our written consent. Cancelled orders may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials purchased and work completed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to Terms
